⚝ Please credit me properly when using my work.⚝ Nothing physical will be mailed to you. You will only be receiving a digital file.⚝ In case you want to receive the work by a certain deadline, please make sure you commission at least a month in advance (does not apply to chibi drawings and portrait illustrations).⚝ Major changes as well as refunds are only to be done during the sketching phase.⚝ In case I am not comfortable drawing the works for any reason I see fit, a full refund may be issued and the order cancelled or another option with the buyer can be discussed.⚝ I am not responsible for deleted or missing commissions from my galleries.⚝ I may have already deleted the file on my end, so please make sure to save it somewhere safe! I am not obligated to perform a refund or redo the art if you lost it. You may ask me if I still have the file, but I in no way oblige to refund or replace the commission if I cannot find it.
